The process event of the year
The year is drawing to a close again, and once more that took the team to Vienna for the annual PzM Summit held by the Gesellschaft für Prozessmanagement. The team's verdict: plenty of fascinating conversations and contacts, a packed talk, and heaps of feedback on the drop of aiio's newest capability.
TALK of the days
The event opened with a bang that travelled from Magdeburg to Vienna: aiio makes it possible to communicate directly with your processes and your organization. Our newest feature — incidentally the world's first voice capability of this kind in process management — brought a good many interested visitors to our stand, where, after a short demo by Jobst, they got the chance to strike up a conversation with aiio themselves.

#BetterTogether for Process Intelligence
The second highlight of the fair was the talk by Lisa Brückner of Busch-Jaeger, who explained to a packed lecture hall how combining process mining in Celonis with AI-based organizational intelligence in aiio gives her an otherwise barely achievable 360° view of processes at ABB & Busch-Jaeger.
This success story shows clearly how aiio can be used to get more out of processes simply and efficiently — whether they already exist or are still in the making. A boost for any company, and for any process manager at any level.
Our warm thanks go once again to Lisa for this practical insight — not only into using aiio, but into the work of an absolute expert in process management and process improvement.
And besides that?
Away from those two core subjects too, the team was able to have a great many interesting conversations, picked up input for the product, and generally made some valuable contacts. Our thanks go to everyone who stopped by our stand — we hope you were able to take something away as well.
All in all we just want to say: thank you to everyone involved, and we're already looking forward to next year.
