aiio at CONTROL 2022

After many months of intensive work by our team at aiio here in Magdeburg, the moment has finally come: the world premiere of our new process management tool “aiio”, fully integrated into Microsoft 365, is imminent. What is it about?

Modern quality and process management has to rely on digital tools as a matter of course and throughout, otherwise the sheer number of requirements arising from processes and standards — and the passing on of knowledge about how to apply them, along with their effects on daily work — is no longer manageable. But to reach a company's entire workforce successfully and, at the end of the day, turn people who were merely affected into fully involved participants where quality is concerned, it takes more than a complex piece of software with as many features as possible. Jobst von Heintze, Managing Director of aiio GmbH, presents partly surprising statistics and trends, drawn from more than 120 interviews he conducted with companies in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. The dramatic shift in the reality of work “post-Covid” in particular will change conventional thinking about tool selection for process and quality management for good. This research produced a checklist of 5 central questions that anyone tasked with selecting a future-proof process and quality management system can take straight into their daily work.

We look forward to your visit.
